The individual will oversee traffic control and management within the studio, organize operational workflows, streamline processes, and ensure timely delivery of projects. The role involves coordinating with various teams, maintaining smooth communication across departments, and making sure all work moves efficiently from one stage to the next. The Studio Controller/Traffic Manager will play a key role in maintaining operational discipline and ensuring that projects meet quality and timeline standards.QualificationsProficiency in Traffic Control and Traffic Management to ensure smooth studio and resource planning operations.Strong Communication and collaborative skills for effective coordination with diverse teams and stakeholders.Experience in Operations Management and process streamlining to ensure timely and efficient workflows.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of marketing and creative agency workflows are a plus.
