该职位来源于猎聘 Role summary: As a Creative Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative development and production of various projects, ensuring their successful execution from concept to completion for Lane Crawford digital needs. You will build and scale out the in-house production process from 0-1 while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including photographers, writers, editors, graphic designers and other out-sourced teams, to bring creative visions to life while meeting project goals and deadlines. Job DescriptionProject Management: Lead and manage Lane Crawford main program and day-to-day content creation, take reasonability for end-to-end creative production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages. Project the budget and timeline on multiple, simultaneous content projects.Creative Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives, develop creative concepts, and translate them into actionable plans.Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards that are representative of Lane Crawford brand throughout the production process, review and approve creative work, and provide constructive feedback to team members.Media Expertise: Utilize media knowledge to develop and implement creative content strategies that maximize brand visibility, audience engagement, and growth across various platforms.Team Coordination: Work and collaborate with teams of creative professionals, assembling teams of creative freelancers, collaborating with external production vendors, assign tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration to achieve project objectives. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related discipline).Fluent in English. Native understanding of both mainland China and Hong Kong cultural nuances.Rich native understanding and up-to-date knowledge of mainland and Hong Kong fashion/beauty/lifestyle cultureProven experience in creative production, preferably in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide creative professionals.Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing social media accounts, such as WeChat, RED, Douyin, Instagram and Facebook, including knowledge of analytics and best practices.Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients and stakeholders.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
