Our mission is to redefine movement through high-quality instruction, a mindful training culture, and an inclusive community that supports individuals at every stage of their wellness journey.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated full-time and on-site Studio Manager to join the team at re:flow Sickla in Stockholm. The Studio Manager will oversee daily operations, support and inspire the team, engage with clients to ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive studio sales and performance. This on-site role involves collaborating on the overall development of the studio, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, and ensuring operational excellence. The Studio Manager will have 10-12 h of reformer Pilates classes a week.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, address concerns, and represent the studio's values.Demonstrated Team Leadership experience, including motivating and managing staff effectively to foster teamwork and deliver exceptional service.Sales and Business Development skills to promote the studio’s offerings and achieve revenue goals.Proven Project Management expertise to organize and oversee studio operations, events, and scheduling.Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and high energy.Certified Reformer Pilates instructor.Fluency in Swedish and English is required for this role.Personal QualificationsHealthy lifestyle.An attitude that is positive, energetic and inclusive.
