STUDIO MANAGER – CDI PARISThe Studio Manager plays a central role in the day-to-day operations and organization of the Design Studio. Working closely with the Head of Collection and Studio, this position ensures that all studio activities run smoothly and efficiently, in full alignment with the collection calendar and company standards. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills, budget management expertise, and a collaborative spirit, supporting both creative and operational excellence within the studio.Based in Paris you will be part of a dynamic and strong team.Responsibilities:Studio & Collection Management· Oversee all studio activities according to the collection calendar: lookbooks, fashion shows, travel arrangements, model castings and bookings, vintage shopping and rentals, etc.· Ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of all collection-related operations.Budget & Administration· Manage and monitor studio budgets (travel, models, vintage, supplies, etc.) with precision.· Process and track invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.· Liaise with the Accounting department and design teams to maintain transparent financial follow-up.Studio Operations & Maintenance· Oversee the general management of the studio space, including meeting preparations, furnishing, security, and maintenance supervision.· Supervise housekeeping and research new suppliers when needed.· Ensure that the studio environment remains organized, functional, and inspiring.Procurement & Supplies· Manage purchases of essential studio and atelier supplies: stationery, haberdashery, food, and beverages.· Maintain optimal stock levels to support the daily needs of the teams.Cross Department Coordination· Act as a key point of contact between the Design Studio and other departments: Product Development, Merchandising, E-commerce, Brand Image, VIP, Accounting & Finance, and external suppliers.· Ensure seamless communication and information flow across all teams.Events & Special Projects· Organize and coordinate special events involving the studio, from internal presentations to creative activations.Key requirements· Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in a similar role within a fashion house or creative environment.· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic context.· Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.· Team-oriented with a genuine sense of service.· Reliable, hardworking, and patient under pressure.· Excellent organizational and communication skills.· Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.· Dynamic, positive, and enthusiastic about teamwork and new challenges.· Fluent in French and English; Italian is a strong plus.· Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and budget tracking tools.· Knowledge of project management or studio organization software is a plus.In TOM FORD you will have the opportunity to work in a company in the Luxury sector with an international reach, you will find a collaborative work environment aimed at continuous improvement in which the attitude towards teamwork takes on a central role.
