We are seeking a RETAIL DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER (100%) for our office in ZÜRICH. After a comprehensive introduction, you will be involved in the realisation of international and national retail projects. You will work on everything from simple sketches to complex implementation planning. As a change to your daily office routine at the studio, you will visit construction sites to carry out further tasks related to your projects. Then apply now!YOUR ACTIVITIESManage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion within budget and on time while maintaining high design and quality standards Responsible for the creation of layout plans, Schematic Design (SD), Detailed Design (DD) and Construction Design (CD) packages for new stores, remodels, and renovations, ensuring the highest standards and quality of design and executionFollow the store design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global standards.
Integrate innovative design trends and sustainability practices given by the client Participate in and follow up on meetings clients, authorities, local architects and specialist plannersEnsure all retail environments reflect the company’s brand identity, values, and client experience goals, while tailoring solutions to local markets as neededMaintain global store design Masterfile, guidelines, and standards to maintain design consistency across all projects for each customerManagement of the time tracking programmeHOW TO CONVINCE USExecellent knowledge in ArchiCAD, specifically 3D drawingMin. a degree in architecture, interior design or a similar functionMin.
3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning and project managementExperience in project and construction management Proven expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, remodels, and new retail environments on a global scaleStrong design portfolio showcasing expertise in retail environmentsGood understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices Program knowledge advantageous: Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop and MS-OfficeGood knowledge in English and German.
