Key Responsibilities: Perform content creator outreach via email and direct messageEducate prospective creators about our UGC program, incentives, and goalsNegotiate rates, video volume, and bonuses via emailCommunicate rate approvals and creator statuses with the internal teamSchedule and lead video calls to walk creators through expectations and deliverablesDraft, send, and follow up on contracts—ensuring timely executionGuide newly hired UGC creators through account setup, warmup, and initial processes. Qualifications:
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, partnerships, or talent managementExperience working directly with content creators, preferably on TikTok, YouTube, or InstagramStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with contract management and negotiation processesHighly organized with experience managing pipelines in Hubspot and Google SheetsExperience setting and leading Zoom/Google Meet callsComfortable in fast-paced environments and able to manage multiple creators simultaneouslyA proactive, upbeat communicator who takes initiative and closes loopsMust be based in Los AngelesYou’re a great fit if you:
