H2 LLC is currently seeking experienced subcontractors to support ongoing commercial installation projects. We are specifically looking for professionals with a background in Division 10 Commercial Specialties and fireplace installations.DutiesInstall a variety of fireplace systems including gas, wood-burning, and electric units.Installation of Division 10 Specialties.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure proper installation.Conduct site inspections to assess installation requirements and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks.Execute concrete forming, plastering, carpentry, and masonry tasks as needed during installations.Ensure all installations meet quality standards through thorough inspection and testing.Maintain a clean and organized work environment at construction sites.SkillsExperience installing Division 10 Commercial Specialties and fireplaces.Valid Contractor's License.Reliable transportation and tools.Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.Experience with construction management, estimating, and inspection.Strong construction skills.Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions on construction sites.Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices.
