Subcontractor Management Unit Lead

DFDS is looking for a Subcontractor Management Unit Lead to strengthen our logistics operations and ensure excellent customer experience.Be part of the movement – and play your part.Key Responsibilities:Managing out all procurement processes related to purchase of logistics servicesNegotiating contracts with suppliers, conducting price negotiations and signing agreementsEnsuring budget optimization by performing cost analysisMonitor supplier performance and take actions for improvementEvaluating new logistics service providers through market researchIncreasing the efficiency of processes by developing procurement strategiesWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degreeFluent in English (French is a plus)Team managementAnalytical, strategic, and solution-oriented mindsetMinimum 5 years of experience in fleet, supply chain management and logistics purchasingKnowledge of contracts with logistics service providers, pricing and cost analysisCompetent in negotiation, contract management and supplier relationsHas a proactive approachWorking at DFDSJoin the movement and grow with us.While you’re with us, we want you to develop.
