They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.We’re looking for an experienced Training Specialist to conduct remote product training sessions. You'll create varied, engaging training materials and explain the most complicated things in the simplest way using your excellent communication and presentation skills.Up for the challenge? Let’s get in touch.What You'll Be DoingDesigning, delivering, and managing training programmes across all employee lifecycle stages (onboarding, career progression, etc.)Creating and maintaining learning materials (presentations, e-learning courses) using instructional design methods to drive effective learningDeploying learning methods, such as coaching, job-shadowing, and online trainingIdentifying training needs through KPIs, job analysis, appraisal schemes, and consultation with business managers, and actioning on the outcomesDeveloping internal L&D processes to ensure efficiency of learning projects and plansMonitoring the success of learning plans through comprehensive results analysisProviding management with records of implemented actionsCollaborating with key stakeholders on new product and process launchesContributing to team development through peer evaluations and coachingWhat You'll NeedFluency in English (C1 level or higher) both written and spokenExperience training or instructional design and training delivery1+ years of experience in customer support, complaints, or FinCrimeExperience with Google Suite and learning management systems (LMS)An great understanding of adult learning theory and training methodologiesThe ability to design, create, implement, and maintain effective training programmes and resourcesExceptional presenting and coaching skills with a clear, simple, effective, and engaging mannerImpeccable verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time and people management skillsTeamwork skills and a collaborative approach to learningExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsMultitasking skills to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneouslyThe ability to work in a fast-paced environmentNice to haveExperience in bankingExperience in video and image editingExperience with data management tools, such as Metabase and LookerBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
