🌊 Hiring: Subsea Control Engineer📍 Location: Milan, Italy💼 Job Type: Contract🛂 Visa: Schengen Visa will be providedMain ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of subsea production system design.Ensure all engineering work complies with international codes, standards, and best practices.Key ActivitiesSupport the Subsea Production System Lead in selecting and defining optimal subsea solutions.Prepare design specifications and ITTs.Review and comment on contractor technical documentation (reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc.).Ensure performance and installability of subsea systems, tie-in systems, and subsea structures.Manage technical interfaces with other project systems and activities.Ensure all technical interfaces with the MODU (Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit) are considered.Collaborate with the Well Completion team on subsea completion program preparation.Assist contractors in developing user manuals and installation procedures.Assist in preparing pre-deployment tests for subsea tree & tubing hanger systems.Review and comment on SUT, FAT, and SIT procedures.Witness required testing of subsea equipment.Resolve technical issues related to subsea equipment and system performance.Monitor and report progress to the Subsea Production System Lead.Capture, document, and share subsea construction know-how.Minimum & Mandatory QualificationsBachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.Minimum 10 years of experience in subsea controls engineering after earning the BSc degree.Excellent spoken and written English, with proven ability to produce specifications and technical reports.
