The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in offshore engineering, structural design, and installation activities, while ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure overall technical integrity of offshore structure design, engineering premises, and marine structural behavior.Verify offshore structure compliance with international standards, company guidelines, and engineering best practices.Provide technical support during offshore structure construction and installation phases.Key ActivitiesDefine design premises for offshore structures (fixed and floating).Specify requirements for geotechnical and geophysical surveys.Define and specify met-oceanographic surveys and related studies.Develop offshore structural layout and internal designs.Supervise subcontracted structural design activities.Select and specify structural materials.Prepare ITT (Invitation to Tender) documentation and conduct technical bid evaluations.Plan, review, and monitor construction, transportation, and installation of structures.Contribute to cost estimation and schedule development for structural works.Minimum & Mandatory QualificationsBachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Structural Engineering from an accredited university.Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore structural engineering after graduation.Excellent spoken and written English with proven ability to prepare technical reports and specifications.
