Governance and Compliance• Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure that all SANS subsidiaries adhere to regulatory requirements and corporate policies.• Regularly review and update compliance protocols in alignment with national and international aviation standards.Performance Monitoring• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each subsidiary, monitoring financial and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.• Analyze performance data to support strategic decision-making and drive accountability within subsidiary operations.SANS & Subsidiary Relationships• Ensures strategic alignment, monitors performance, oversees governance, and provides advisory support to achieve SANS’s overall objectivesSubsidiaries Engagement• Organize SANS subsidiaries meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to gather inputs.Implement initiatives to enhance relationships and develop communication materials to keep subsidiaries informed.Reporting and Documentation• Prepare regular reports on subsidiaries engagement, and partnership progress. Ensure accuratedocumentation of interactions and analyze feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesPolicies, Processes and Procedures• Support monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement.People Management• Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching of subordinates• Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow• Promote a high-performance working environment embracing SANS’s values
