We’re looking for someone with basic maintenance experience, ideally with large industrial machinery, who enjoys variety, works well independently, and can shift between tasks with ease. Strong problem-solving, initiative, and flexibility are key to success in this role.
Primary Duties As Maintenance TechnicianPerform maintenance duties as requiredTroubleshoot and repair machinesDiagnose and repair electrical equipmentPerform metal fabrication skills involving welding, cutting, and constructionUtilize shop tools safelyFollow lockout/tagout proceduresPrimary Duties As Production AssociateEnsure all products are built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specificationsMetal fabrication work involving cutting, welding and constructionFollow all safety guidelines set forth by the companyFollow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbookLearn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledgeEnsure that all job tracking procedures are followedRequired QualificationsA minimum two years experience in a manufacturing environment, at least one year of maintenance experienceA solid understanding of production and organizational methodsPrevious experience with hand tools, tape measures, and drillsAbility to perform troubleshooting, PMs and minor electrical workExperience with building maintenance and minor plumbingRobotics, computer and familiarity with programming helpfulCommitment to working safely, performing quality work and responding timely to internal customersFine-tuned communication skillsAbility to remember processes and materials used in the building processHigh School Diploma or GED, desired.
