Role DescriptionThis is a casual position with full time hours for ongoing work, this is a on-site role for an Instrumentation Technician located in the South Australia for work in Olympic Dam.
The Instrumentation Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and commissioning instrumentation and control systems. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, calibration, and ensuring optimal operation of instrumentation and process control systems. The role also involves diagnosing and solving issues related to instrumentation and control equipment.
QualificationsExperience in Process Control and InstrumentationSkills in Troubleshooting and Preventive MaintenanceProficiency in Calibration and ensuring optimal equipment operationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamRelevant certifications or technical qualifications in instrumentation or a related fieldExperience in the mining, oil and gas, energy, or water sectors is a plus
