We're currently seeking a skilled Intermediate to Senior Structural Draftsperson / BIM Technician to join our close-knit Queenstown team, specialising in high-end residential projects designed by New Zealand’s most respected architects. What You’ll Be Doing• Producing detailed and accurate structural documentation using Revit and AutoCAD for bespoke residential developments. • Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and other technicians across offices. • Ensuring drawings meet industry standards and client expectations. • Contributing meaningfully to the design process in a team-driven, solutions-focused environment. We are looking for someone who:

 • Has solid experience with Autodesk Revit & Autocad.  • Demonstrates proficiency with structural modelling and detailing.  • Comes from a New Zealand consulting background, familiar with local construction practices and how structures come together. • Takes pride in the presentation of your work and consistently delivers with care and precision. • Brings a strong team ethic and collaborative approach. • Enjoys engaging with colleagues to mature a project and achieve the best outcome for clients. • Possesses excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills. • Can hit the ground running—we are seeking intermediate to senior-level professionals who are confident in their role and need little onboarding.
