Our Summer Internship Programme is designed to give you real responsibility, real projects, and real impact.We have limited places on the programme which takes place every summer and as an intern you have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of live projects and address real business challenges. During your time with us, you will gain valuable insight into our products, services, and core business areas, while making a meaningful contribution to the organisation. The programme has a strong track record of success, with many former interns and graduates subsequently joining Weatherbys on a permanent basis following the completion of their studies.The programme You can be based in one of our three offices: London, Edinburgh, or Wellingborough. Please note that this is an in-person internship, and remote work options are not available.The programme, which may vary by location, is primarily aimed at those who have already graduated or are expected to graduate in 2025 or 2026.London placements are tailored for individuals interested in pursuing a career as a Private Banker, with the internship offering a potential pathway to the Associate Private Banker assessment upon completion.Equivalent opportunities are available in Wellingborough however as our head office, the focus here is on our core support functions, including IT, HR, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations, providing a comprehensive understanding of the organisation and its operational framework.When does this start?The programme will commence in the first week of July and will run for a period of 8 weeks.Why join Weatherbys as an intern?Meaningful work and real impactInterns at Weatherbys are trusted with responsibilities that matter.
