In this role, you will manage the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, from customer purchase orders to payment receipt. Your key responsibilities will include:

Accurately entering orders and monitoring their processing while keeping the customers informed at all stagesHandling returns, issuing credit notes, and processing sample orders efficientlyOptimizing order size, frequency, and the entire supply chain, including goods issue and shipment trackingAddressing customer inquiries and collaborating across departmentsContinuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfactionYOUR PROFILESolid professional experience in a comparable position, such as customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurementKnowledge of order management and supply chain processesExperience with SAP R3 – SD module is an advantageFluent in English, knowledge of other languages such as Italian or French would be a plusExcellent communication skillsAdditional InformationDo you have questions regarding the application process?
