The OpportunityWe’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Recruitment to lead our three key donor recruitment platforms: the Contact Center, Mobile Recruitment, and Concierge Program.

This is a pivotal leadership role, ensuring SunCoast not only meets but exceeds our blood collection goals. You’ll shape recruitment strategies, mentor leaders, optimize operations, and cultivate strong community relationships—all while keeping donor satisfaction at the heart of every decision. What You’ll DoLead, mentor, and inspire managers and recruitment teams across all platforms. Develop and execute innovative, data-driven recruitment strategies. Forecast needs and plan donor drive calendars at least 90 days in advance. Track KPIs like conversion rates, drive productivity, and donor retention—then take action to continuously improve.

Oversee specialized recruitment efforts, including platelet and rare donor scheduling. Manage budgets, labor usage, and operational efficiency. Strengthen community partnerships with schools, businesses, and organizations. What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field). 5+ years in recruitment, donor relations, community engagement, sales, or business development, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven leadership, team-building, and project management skills. Excellent communication and public speaking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for community events and mobile drives.
