Job Title: Financing SupervisorLocation: Weija, Accra, Ghana. Job Summary: Assist the national financing manager in exploring external channels and platforms, coordinating internal and external resources, and utilizing their solid work experience and resources to participate in daily management and promote investment, financing, and funding projects. Key Responsibilities:
Perform management day-to-day financing tasksSupervise and manage the local process of L/C, such as L/C issuance, L/C document release, acceptance telegram release, etc;Supervise and follow up post-loan management, such as reviewing loan repayment plans, monitoring the use of quotas, preparing post-loan information and documents required by the bank, checking and tracing expenses;Supervise and follow up on insurance purchases, renewals and claims. Analyze and output reports on national banking industry, related industries, and macroeconomic factors.
Development and maintenance of financing channels Focusing on the company's business, effectively use its own experience and resources to develop financing channels, such as new banks, DFIs and other developmental financial institutions;Maintain the relationship between the company's existing cooperative institutions;Exploring insurance business channels. According to the company's first insurance work model, find new insurance institutions to cooperate with to reduce costs. Financing project follow-upAssist the financing manager to promote the current loan and long-term loan financing and credit projects, implement and track the implementation, such as evaluation, mortgage registration, etc.
Follow up and optimize funding projects, reduce country specific fund balances and costs, and participate in risk analysis of sourcing projects on international investment platforms;Effectively use our own experience and resources to negotiate and promote new projects. Team managementManage the work of the financing specialist, supervise and review the work. Assist the financing manager to connect with other financing matters, and carry out overall coordination and other work. The establishment and improvement of the local financing management system and management process can optimize the management process and propose suggestions for reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Qualifications:
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, international finance, management related majors. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financing management in a leading company with experience in financing projects. In-depth knowledge of statistics, finance, accounting and best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Possesses strong data analysis skills and is proficient in various office software tools.
