Job Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage the overall recruitment strategy to meet the company’s talent needs. Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and provide effective talent solutions. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and hiring quality. Ensure compliance with labor laws, recruitment policies, and diversity hiring goals. Negotiate employment offers and manage onboarding processes in collaboration with HR operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience in, manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of successful high-volume general workers hiring and senior-level recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and modern sourcing techniques. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
