Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Togo FMCG Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Togo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the region. This role requires fluency in French, excellent sales acumen, and a willingness to relocate. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration in Togo. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide after-sales support and handle client inquiries. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Hardware materialsFluency in French is required; English proficiency is a plus. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a new environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
