Excel, Poser BI Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the organization’s goals Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning solutions Develop and manage training programs, workshops, and e-learning platforms Evaluate training effectiveness and provide performance improvement recommendations Collaborate with department heads and HR to address capability gaps Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulatory frameworks related to L&D Track learning metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership
