Assist vendors with registration requirements and ensure timely and accurate documentation. Maintain and update the vendor master database periodically to ensure correctness and completeness.
Administration Support and Operational SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Vendor Management department. Assist in the preparation of departmental reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Maintain an organized and auditable document control system, ensuring that all records, and supplier files are accessible and up to date.
