Administer and maintain all hardware,networks, and core system resources for federation operations. Lead installation, updates, and lifecycle management of enterprise systems and devices. Monitor system performance, ensure regular backups, and conduct preventive maintenance across all digital assets. Troubleshoot system-level issues and resolve escalated IT incidents across departments.
Digital Platforms & Tools Oversight Oversee the federation’s digital platforms, including portals, CRM systems, shared drives, and collaborative tools (e. g. ,Microsoft 365, cloud services). Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and version control to maintain operational continuity. Collaborate with departments to improve digital workflows and ensure accessibility and ease of use. Cybersecurity & Data Protection Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, access controls, and firewall configurations. Conduct regular risk assessments, monitor system vulnerabilities, and respond to security incidents.
