Job Title: Human Resources Absence Management ManagerDuration: Contract to hire (6 Months contract to hire)Location: RemoteOur client is looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage North America absence programs. This fully remote role focuses on improving employee experience and streamlining leave processes across various programs including FMLA, disability, PTO, and state/local leave plans. Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations of the Absence Management team and ensure consistent program administration. Manage employee leave tracking and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. Oversee payroll-related leave data and resolve discrepancies. Support process improvements and documentation for leave programs.
Communicate leave policies clearly and handle employee inquiries with care. Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $50. 00-$55. 00 per hour.
