Broad Function Supervises all related work activities and assigned tasks being done on site based on submitted and approved work sequence Interpret and execute plans and specifications Checks work design and technical specifications if implemented correctly on site Ensures project runs smoothly and works are completed within budget and on time Evaluates and checks work accomplishment/s versus submitted billings Furnishes contractor's plans/details needed as well as informing them of the changes Conducts "time and motion study" and documents man hour activity Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to timeJob QualificationCandidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in ArchitecturalMust be a licensed ArchitecturePreferably has 1-4 years work experience specializing in Architectural/Construction/Structural or EquivalentGreat organizational skillsMust be Analytical, must have knowledge in Project Management and Procedures, Process Improvement, Technical Understanding, and interpretation of drawings
