Job Description

Do you have experience of effective customer service and you enjoy working within diverse team? If so, you may be our new Customer Service Manager for EMEA region. You will manage a team of customer service specialists and contribute to deliver excellent customer experience and satisfaction. Location: Nakkila, Finland, Alicante, Spain or Gallarate, Italy. Main tasks and responsibilities are:

Manage a regional team of professionals to ensure meeting or exceeding service quality standards, excellent customer experience and meeting relevant organizational objectivesManage, motivate and coach customer service personnel to deliver and support company and function goals throughout best customer satisfactionCoordinate and collaborate among regional customer service team and relevant stakeholders (e. g.

regional Sales and Supply Chain) to develop, maintain, improve and train on processes, procedures and best practicesEnsure customer orders are acknowledged and managed appropriatelyEnsure that customer service activities in the region are completed in a timely and accurate mannerContribute to tools implementation/ehancement aiming to minimize low/no value add activities while improving external and internal customer satisfaction and customer experienceContribute in developing, monitoring and follow-up on appropriate metrics (KPI) for measuring customer satisfaction and experienceEnsure relevant reporting activities are performed in a timely and accurate mannerTo be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor´s / Master´s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in customer service management role, preferably in the EMEA regionExperience in MRP systems (i. e. SAP etc…)Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS softwaresFluent written and spoken EnglishThis position reports to VP, Sales, EMEA.
