🪄 What You’ll DoLead concept development for campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditionalCollaborate closely with strategy, accounts, and production to align creative with client objectivesGuide and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team — art directors, copywriters, designers, and AI collaboratorsPresent and sell ideas with clarity, confidence, and strategic insightMaintain creative consistency across all touchpoints and deliverablesProvide hands-on creative direction during production (video shoots, edits, photoshoots, etc.
)Push for innovation in execution — exploring AI, new formats, and emerging platformsUphold a high standard of craft while embracing agility and speed🥷🏻 What You Bring5–8 years of creative experience with at least 1–2 years in a senior or leadership rolePortfolio that demonstrates conceptually strong, beautifully executed work across multiple channelsFluent in both Spanish and English — creatively and strategicallyExperience leading teams and growing talent, not just delivering the work yourselfProven ability to pitch, present, and win hearts and mindsDeep understanding of branding, storytelling, and platform-specific best practicesComfort working in a hybrid creative environment (physical + virtual)🛸 Bonus PointsExperience with global brands, CPG, music, or government/social campaignsProficiency or interest in AI creative tools (Runway, Midjourney, etc.
