Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales, Marketing & Event Manager to lead the planning andexecution of strategic marketing initiatives, sales efforts, and high-profile events. This role is pivotal inpositioning our brand, driving bookings, and delivering exceptional experiences for both corporate and privateclients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, customerengagement and retention strategies and has a strong eye for detail and brand alignment.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Marketing• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (digital, print, PR, influencer) to increase brandawareness and drive revenue.• Build and nurture partnerships with luxury brands, corporations, car clubs, tourism boards, and eventagencies.• Execute B2C and B2B sales strategies including direct bookings, sponsorships, and collaborativepackages.• Oversee the company’s social media presence—planning, posting, and managing campaigns alignedwith brand tone and objectives.• Analysed marketing performance metrics and ROI to optimize campaign effectiveness.• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to maintain high-impact, engagingvisuals and copy.Customer Relationship Management (CRM)• Ensure CRM campaigns are consistent with brand messaging and customer experience standards.• Create targeted, personalized messaging and offers to increase engagement and conversion.• Develop detailed customer segments based on demographics, behaviour and patterns.• Analysed customer data and campaign performance to identify insights, opportunities, and areas forimprovement.Event Management• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including track days, corporate functions, productlaunches, and private bookings.• Design and refine standard event packages while also creating customized, high-end experiences forpremium clients.• Oversee end-to-end event logistics—from customer inquiry and planning to execution and post-eventreview.• Maintain top-tier customer service, handling both front-end communication (inquiries, confirmations)and back-end logistics (vendor coordination, on-site supervision).• Lead post-event engagement including client follow-up, feedback collection, and continuousimprovement strategies.• Launch and manage targeted promotional campaigns tied to events and seasonal demand.Requirements:• Minimum 10 years of proven work experience in sales, marketing, and event management (preferablywithin luxury, hospitality, or automotive sectors).• Strong network of contacts in corporate, luxury lifestyle, and tourism sectors is a plus.• Strong experience in marketing, events, operations, and sales with proven ability to grow abrand/business.• Knowledge of or strong interest in high-performance cars, track experiences, or motorsports is a majoradvantage.• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.• Hands-on, agile, and highly adaptable – able to work in a startup-like environment.• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.• Strong customer orientation with a passion for creating memorable experiences.Key Competencies:• Strategic Thinking & Execution• Relationship Building & Client Management• Creative Marketing & Branding• Attention to Detail & Quality Control• Analytical Skills & Data-Driven Decision-Making
