HR Operations Specialist

As a team and business in Croatia we are creating a new position as part of our HR team in Croatia.

You will have the opportunity to be able to be part of an established team with our growing workforce of 500 employees currently and continuing to expand. A team who is looking to improve the employee experience and ways of working through automation and technolnogy. You will work as part of our wider International HR Operations team and will be the first point of contact for payroll, benefits and HR queries for our employees in Croatia. Playing a key role in ensuring an excellent employee experience.

We are looking for someone who has the ability and desire to continue to improve processes, looking for ways to create a better-than-expected people experience and a desire to use Technology to bring self-service and automation. We're looking for someone who:

Has experience managing payroll processing from start to finishHas experience dealing with high volumes of queries at fast paceHas expereince of onboarding 10-20 new joiners per monthHas the ability to react quickly and accurately to provide solutions to our employeesHas a good understanding of Croatian people related lawHas experience implementing and maintaining flexible benefitsHas contract administration experienceIs able to manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in betweenIs willing to work as part of a matrix organisationHas the ability to work independentlyIs problem solvingHas Payroll and operations experienceHas a good understanding of employee relations and the legal approachHas the desire to continually improve our processesHas excellent attention to detail and good organizational skillsHas fluency in both written and verbal EnglishHas experience ideally with SuccessFactors What you'll be doing:

PayrollDay to day management of the payroll for our employeesManaging relationship with our payroll providersMonthly reconciliationProviding regular reporting to financeResponsible for data accuracy within our payroll systemFirst point of contact for all payroll related queries Operations and BenefitsContract administration for HQ employeesManaging data within our group system SuccessFactorsEnrolment to company benefitsFirst point of contact for employee queriesSupporting managers with employee related questionsActing as expert on local knowledge for wider HR team and Managers GeneralPartnering with the widerHR team to ensure excellent communicationBuilding relationships with internal and external partnersPartnering with wider HR team on key projects supporting our objectivesPartnering with People Partners to provide knowledge and advice on employee relation matters Please, provide us your CV in English.
