We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent Project Development (Construction) to lead our key construction initiatives, including earthwork operations and the development of mining facilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the strategic planning and execution of construction activities, including project design, budgeting, and scheduling.Spearhead construction initiatives for critical projects, such as earthwork operations and mining facility development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards.Oversee construction engineering processes, managing timelines and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.Implement robust risk management practices to address safety, environmental, and compliance requirements.Serve as the primary liaison with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and project optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications:Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a strong strategic foundation.Possess a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project development and construction management, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sectors.Demonstrate a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, including earthworks and mining facilities.Exhibit in-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.Possess exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Thrive as a strategic thinker in fast-paced, challenging environments, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
