"This is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. "Purpose Of The RoleThe General Labourer is responsible for supporting a wide range of construction activities on site, ensuring work areas are safe, clean, and organised.
This role plays a key part in the smooth running of construction operations by assisting tradespeople, moving materials, performing manual tasks, and following site safety procedures at all times. The position is physically demanding and requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to health and safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with loading, unloading, and moving materials on siteSupport trades and other operatives with general construction dutiesMaintain a clean and safe working environmentOperate basic hand and power tools as directed (if trained)Follow instructions from site management and work as part of a teamReport any hazards or safety concerns promptlyPerson SpecificationQualifications / Certification:
