Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee company and client projects from initiation through delivery. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes for both internal initiatives and external client implementations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate scope documentation for localisation and functional enhancementsManage and maintain issue and request logs to ensure timely resolution and trackingManage company internal projects, coordinating with head office as necessary, including projects related to payment gateways and API integrations Project manage new client installations, ensuring smooth onboarding and deliveryProvide support and assistance for major international projects as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology, ticketing, or SaaS environmentStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (e. g.
