Our jobs are open to everyone, regardless of gender, social and cultural background, sexual orientation, religious beliefs or disability.Job DescriptionOn-site role in Giurgiu, Romania, at client’s shipyard (naval industry).Supervise HVAC construction stages of the vessel.Prepare and plan HVAC works according to ship schedules.Manage subcontractors in the HVAC field.Ensure compliance with safety rules (PPE, fire permits, risk maps).Perform daily inspections and verify compliance with drawings, standards, and customer requirements.Monitor equipment delivery, reception, and installation.Report progress weekly to management and propose schedule adjustments when needed.Lead corrective actions in case of non-compliance.QualificationsSenior Technician or Engineer with proven shipbuilding/repair experience (HVAC systems).Strong knowledge of shipbuilding standards and techniques.Experience in customer relations and site supervision.Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills.Languages: English (advanced), French (optional).Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.Additional InformationOur world is dynamic, full of opportunities and our clients and colleagues constantly inspire us.
