So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.Your “day to day”As a Consumer Activation Supervisor, you will have a direct impact on our mission: converting smokers to our ground-breaking, smoke-free IQOS products and engaging with our consumers in a relevant way and relevant places, enabling the dialogue with the IQOS brand.You Willplan and coordinate the execution of Events & Ho.Re.Ca channel;ensure optimal portfolio handling, Permanent Point of Sale Material and visibility agreements, implementation of consumer and channel’s engagement programs;take ownership of our lounge network in the airports and arenas;supervise and brief respective 3rd party partners, assign responsibilities, monitor, and evaluate their performance. Assure high quality execution of their assigned responsibilities (consumer engagement activities, brand presentation, data collection);engage in direct consumer contact at relevant touch points to get insights and address identified opportunities and issues;monitor performance against set targets to identify opportunities and gaps, set clear objectives and allocate available resources;provide feedback to Commercial Planning and Marketing & Consumer Experience departments to improve efficiency and relevancy of consumer engagement mechanics to the consumers;participate and contribute to commercial strategy and planning cycles;prepare and closely manage the assigned budget;monitor market trends and competitor activities.Requirementsa university degree (marketing, business administration, economics or similar);high attention to details and excellence in project management, planning and stakeholder management;advanced problem-solving skills coupled with agility and the ability to present complex concepts when needed and make data-driven decisions;a confident and positive attitude, focused on strong collaboration and positive influence;following the latest trends in music, art, fashion and technology;ability to occasionally work non-standard hours (evenings, weekends) during events;proficient use of MS Office programs;driving license (B category);clear and constructive communication style;fluent Lithuanian and English language skills (verbal and written);experience in organizing events and working with Ho.Re.Ca. will be considered as advantage.What We OfferOur success depends on the male/female/diverse who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
