Supervisor Digital Marketing (Web E-Commerce)

We are Hiring for Supervisor / Sr Digital Marketing E-Commerce!This position will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our e-commerce business by overseeing digital marketing initiatives. Thank you!Job Description:- Collaborate with Manager to develop and implement strategies for promotional activities.- Planning, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven adjustments.- Ensure smooth operation of the e-commerce website and TikTok Shop.- Oversee and coordinate TikTok Live operations to ensure consistent execution of live streaming activities in line with marketing campaigns.- Develop and execute CRM campaigns (email, whatsapp, in-app) to increase conversions.- Analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.- Provide guidance and support to team members.Requirements:- Proven experience 2 years+ in digital marketing, with a focus optimize on web e-commerce (not marketplace), will be point plus if experience on optimize Tiktok too.- Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console).- Experience in email marketing, WhatsApp blasting, and in-app marketing is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
