The company is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of client facilities across healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors.Key Responsibilities:Supervise the operation and maintenance of electronic systems and equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability.Plan and organize preventive maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and improve system performance.Monitor and guide technicians in inspection, installation, and troubleshooting tasks.Inspect and calibrate electronic devices and systems in accordance with technical standards and safety requirements.Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare periodic technical reports on equipment status.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures during all maintenance and repair activities.Education & Experience:Diploma or High School Certificate in Electronics or a related technical field.3+ years of experience in electronics maintenance, troubleshooting, or supervision within an industrial or plant environment.Strong knowledge of electronic systems, control circuits, and instrumentation equipment.Experience in supervising maintenance teams and coordinating daily work activities.Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, calibration procedures, and safety standards.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
