The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and talent acquisition process, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases and managing onboarding processes for new employees.QualificationsExperience in recruitment and talent acquisition processesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and implement effective recruitment strategiesExperience in managing the full recruitment cycle and onboarding processesBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the retail industry is a plus
