Employment Status: Temporary Full-timeDuration: November 2027Hours of Work: Must be available daysLocation: Humber River Health, Wilson SiteLabour Group: Non-UnionReporting Relationship: Manager, Procurement and Logistics DepartmentResponsibilities Supervision of logistics staff Manage Meditech Materials Management System for Inventory, Ordering and Receiving Research and develop policies/procedures Tracks service contract and their performance Staff training Other duties as assigned Requirements Business Administration Diploma required Preferred background in finance/accounting Supply Chain Management Association - Ontario (SCMAO) preferred 3 years of inventory and supply chain supervisory experience preferred Experience in a computerized healthcare environment preferred MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required Knowledge of healthcare systems required Knowledge and applied experience of Meditech preferred Demonstrated strong written communication, verbal communication and inter-personal skills required Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills Computer skills including knowledge of and applied experience using Healthcare systems Highly developed critical thinking, practical problem solving, and organizational skills Ability to complete Human Resources functions such as interviewing, performance assessments, investigations and disciplinary meetings Why choose Humber River Health?At Humber River Health, our staff, physicians, and volunteers are lighting new ways in healthcare.
