In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.The Supervisor, Production Planning & Procurement oversees the daily activities of a medium-sized team of Production Planning and Procurement Coordinators/Assistants. This role ensures the smooth execution of the production planning process, provides effective procurement support, and drives alignment with business objectives through the deployment of the S&OP process. You will play a key role in optimizing supply and demand alignment, improving inventory management, and contributing to Dole Stie’s operational excellence goals.About The JobManage and develop the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Dole Stie.Lead the planning and procurement team to execute production plans, optimize inventory, and reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) costs.Analyze demand trends and forecasts to support accurate and responsive supply planning.Supervise daily team operations, ensuring productivity, continuous feedback, and skill development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve planning or procurement issues.Purchase production components within defined contractual limits.Authorize production stoppages when necessary for safety, quality, or operational reasons.Participate in recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee development initiatives.Ensure compliance with company rules, standards, and procedures.About YouMinimum 1 year of experience in a Supply Chain or related operational roleWorking knowledge of SAP/ERP systems requiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelUnderstanding of general accounting practicesStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsSkilled in resource allocation, staffing decisions, and forecast managementFluency in French and English (written and spoken)Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
