Job Title: Supervisor, Standard TimeCompany: Pandora Production VietnamLocation: Factory - VSIP III, Binh Co Ward, HCMC (Previously Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province)Industry: Jewelry ManufacturingAbout Company:To meet the growing demand for our jewelry and enhance resilience to supply disruptions, Pandora is constructing a new facility in VSIP III (Previously Binh Duong province) from May 2024, expected to be opened in 2026. Pandora, the world’s largest jewelry brand by sold pieces, currently has 3 production facilities in Thailand with 13,000 staff. The US$160 million factory will cover an area of 7,5 hectares and will be powered by 100% renewable energy and using only recycled gold and silver supporting the Pandora Group’s target of net zero emissions by 2040. The establishment of Pandora’s sustainable jewelry manufactory in addition to the carbon-neutral exemplifies a new paradigm of environmentally conscious entrepreneurship in Vietnam and beyond.Main purpose of the role:A key role for monitoring operations of the standard time management processes within the organization coordinating and optimizing workflow, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and overall effectiveness. Also lead a team of professionals, providing standard time guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.Key accountabilities:- Process Development:Monitor the standard time management processes from project initiation to completion.Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain standard time in AX2012. Investigate, support revise and keep tracking regarding to the produced time as requested.Improvement on responsible area to Identifying opportunities for process optimization, implementing best practices- Governance Standard time Management:Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability in standard time data.Conduct regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies.- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross functional team to gather new product introductions and process innovations information and ensure seamless integration of standard time processes.Conduct communication channels within stakeholder to ensure a holistic approach to continuous improvement across various functions and seamless information flow to meet activity milestones.Support other special assignments from management and deliver result on time- Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance.Contribute standard time/ time analysis to initiatives Improvement on responsible area for continuous improvement.- Reporting:Generate weekly and monthly reports on standard time metrics, team performance, and project status.Provide insights and recommendations to higher management based on the analysis of data.- Team Leadership:Supervise and lead a team of standard time professionals, providing clear actionable tasks and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.Provide training to team members on standard time management processes and tools.What is needed to succeed:Minimum 3 years experiences in manufacturing business.Good knowledge in industrial process.Experience in standard time creation, line balancing and capacity calculationWorking as a coordinator with cross functional team.Experience with jewelry industry is a plus.Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in standard time management.Strong understanding of industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Proficiency in standard time management tools and software.Due to the high volume of applications, we will only be reaching out to candidates who are being actively considered.
