**Telework Eligible**Yes**Major Duties** Serves as the Site Director, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Installation Support/Management New Cumberland (SF-D). Serves as an advisor to the DLA Installation Support/Management Director, DLA Distribution Commander/Deputy and the various DLA Distribution Depot managers CONUS/OCONUS; excluding Susquehanna and San Joaquin. Provides support in effectively managing and administering assigned mission/functions. Manages a professional staff of engineers, equipment specialists, facilities management specialists, environmental protection specialists, safety and occupation specialists. Manages a professional staff of health physicists, and physical security specialists in support of DLA Distribution employees. Coordinates and/or interfaces with host installation or engineering officer and/or Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Command for planning, design and construction of assigned DLA Distribution projects. Provides unique engineering and technical support services to DLA Distribution and its Distribution Centers/depots in CONUS and the OCONUS regions.**Qualification Summary**To qualify for a Supervisory Installation Support - New Cumberland Site Director, your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Leading a staff and programs that include a high degree of managerial and executive knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as expertise across a broad spectrum of disciplines. Planning and resource management, including developing short- and long-range plans for a wide variety of programs. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
