This initiative aims to standardize and streamline HR, Finance and Procurement processes. A central Source-to-Pay support team is being established in Budapest to manage processes within Workday and ensure a seamless transition.About the RoleThe Supplier Data & Compliance Administrator will be an integral part of this team focusing on ensuring accurate supplier data, enforcing compliance, and delivering smooth onboarding across regions.ResponsibilitiesSupplier Onboarding and Maintenance: Supplier master data rests on a global platform, so you will be part of a central team receiving requests directly in Workday to set up and maintain both local and globally shared suppliers. This includes contact information, banking details, payment terms and tax status etc. Attention to detail combined with efficient and timely management of these requests are key to meeting SLA expectations for local markets.Reporting & Data Integrity: Resolve data discrepancies and enhance legacy system data during data migration cycles throughout our journey as we bring more countries on to the Workday platform. Generate operational reports, such as the number of active suppliers, and supplier onboarding status. Provide data extracts for internal teams as needed.Supplier Compliance Oversight: Develop and maintain compliance requirements for suppliers (e.g., tax forms, certifications, bank settlement validations, and security questionnaires). Embed these requirements into the Workday supplier onboarding and maintenance processes.Key Business Process Understanding: Develop and understand globally established business process workflows within Workday along with limited local market requirements. Knowledge of the end-to-end impact of why these processes are important and how they are connected to business success is key.Qualifications3+ years of experience in Procurement or Finance within an international environment with conceptual and practical knowledge and basic understanding of Finance workflows.3+ years of experience with Workday, SAP Ariba, Coupa or similar Procurement/Finance modules as a system administrator or a similar role.Required SkillsProcess-oriented mindset with a proven ability to create and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal English skills; ability to handle interactions professionally, even in challenging situations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, develop innovative solutions, and implement them efficiently.Experience with global system implementations is a plus.Experience with working within a shared global supplier master data base is a plus.Professional spoken and written Spanish.Pay range and compensation packageWe put people at the heart of everything we do.
