Supply & Logistics Manager – Business Operations | London (Hybrid)About the RoleWe’re seeking a Supply & Logistics Manager to take ownership of supplier management and internal procurement operations. In this role, you’ll ensure that our supplier base is reliable, compliant, and aligned with company-wide operational and security standards.You’ll manage the full lifecycle of supplier governance — from sourcing and onboarding vendors, to maintaining approved supplier lists, tracking performance, and ensuring contract and risk compliance. Your work will play a key role in maintaining cost control, compliance, and operational readiness across all supplier relationships and logistics dependencies.What You’ll Be DoingSupplier Management & GovernanceSource, onboard, and evaluate suppliers against SLAs, compliance, and quality standards.Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL) with accurate, up-to-date documentation.Track supplier performance and coordinate quarterly business reviews (QBRs).Manage contract renewals in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.Maintain supplier scorecards and performance reports.Procurement & Compliance OversightOversee procurement requests to ensure alignment with business needs and budgets.Ensure supplier compliance with security, ESG, and operational standards.Maintain supplier risk registers and develop mitigation plans.Partner with Business Operations and Finance teams for policy adherence and spend visibility.Continuous Improvement & ReportingAnalyse supplier data to identify cost-saving and performance improvement opportunities.Support supplier consolidation and rationalisation efforts.Implement scalable processes for supplier onboarding, evaluation, and monitoring.Develop dashboards tracking cost efficiency, reliability, and delivery performance.About You5+ years’ experience in supplier management, procurement, or vendor governance.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Proven experience with supplier scorecards, risk registers, and performance frameworks.Understanding of procurement compliance, security reviews, and operational governance.Excellent analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.Confident communicator able to influence internal and external stakeholders.Nice to HaveExperience in tech, infrastructure, or cloud environments.Familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, Precoro, ERP systems).Knowledge of ESG or sustainability factors in supplier selection.Location: London (Hybrid)Type: Full-time
