Key Responsibilities:Manage and strengthen strategic supplier relationships to support client deliveryOversee Supplier Relationship Management frameworks and governanceProvide advisory support to key accounts (Platinum & Gold clients)Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to influence business and supplier strategyPartner with Sales, Solution Design, and Operations teams to drive supply chain valueSupport new client implementation and supplier onboardingPromote preferred suppliers and ensure strong performance & complianceContribute to building a high-performing, consulting-style supplier management teamAbout You:8+ years’ experience in large enterprise environmentsExperience working with senior business stakeholders (up to MD level) Background in supplier management, procurement, supply chain, or professional servicesStrong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to translate complex commercial insights into actionable strategyExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience in consulting, MSP, or global matrix organizations is a plusAbout Randstad EnterpriseRandstad Enterprise is a global talent leader, providing innovative solutions and expertise to help companies drive growth, execute strategic initiatives, and enhance business agility.
