This opportunity is for you!Your missionAs a Supplier Manager(W/M/D), you will be responsible of the development and implementation of commodity strategies and supplier management in assigned spend categories. You will perform the sourcing activities for a set portfolio of spend categories at a global and/or local level to achieve commodity results and ensure compliance with the Group Strategy.You will be instrumental in driving supplier negotiations, market analysis, and supplier relationship management to optimize quality, cost, and compliance with corporate strategy.🎯 Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement global procurement strategies for assigned categoriesAnalyze spend data and continuously benchmark the marketIdentify risks and opportunities; create and execute annual savings plansLead strategic negotiations for long-term contracts at an international levelManage supplier relationships and monitor KPIs, taking corrective actions when neededCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional initiativesEnsure compliance with sourcing processes and maintain ERP data accuracyYour profile🌟 Candidate Profile:• Master’s degree or equivalent (Engineering, Business, Economics preferred)• Minimum 3 years’ experience in strategic sourcing within an international manufacturing environment• Strong negotiation and contract management skills• Experience in manufacturing or sales is a plus• Knowledge of the Transmission market is advantageous• Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, Italian or Chinese are a plus• International work experience is highly valued________________________________________Why Consider This Role?✅ Join a reputable global company with a dynamic international presence✅ Work on strategic projects with significant impact✅ Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams across the globe✅ Develop your professional skills in a supportive environment
