Job SummaryAs a Supplier Quality Engineer specializing in commodities, you’ll ensure supplier processes meet quality standards, drive improvements, and resolve issues to support Milwaukee Tool’s manufacturing goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Audits & AssessmentsPlan and conduct supplier process audits to verify controls and capabilities.Assess and communicate supplier strengths and potential to internal teams.Process ImprovementImplement and monitor supplier quality systems, focusing on process controls, metrology, and quality management.Recommend process changes to support cost reduction initiatives.Issue ResolutionIdentify systemic quality issues and lead corrective actions using tools like Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and Six Sigma.Resolve complex problems and drive innovative solutions.Leadership & CommunicationLead cross-functional teams or projects to achieve quality goals.Communicate and negotiate process improvements with suppliers and internal teams.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Automation/ Industrial Management,…or relevant majors.Experience:2+ years in quality engineering (QE or SQE).Skills:Proficient in PFMEA, DOE, statistical analysis, and GD&T.Strong problem-solving, leadership, and negotiation skills.Fluent in English for technical communication (written and verbal).Knowledge: Familiar with Quality Management Systems, SCAR, and 8D processes.Other: Adaptable, ownership-driven, and skilled in auditing and training.Why Join Us?Work with cutting-edge metal manufacturing processes.Lead impactful quality initiatives with global suppliers.Grow your career in a dynamic, innovative environment.**Working Location: SHTP - HCMC, Shuttle buses are available from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai
