Supplier Quality Management – Senior AnalystIndustry: Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical ManufacturingLocation: Social Circle, GA (On-site)A leading global biotechnology manufacturer is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supplier Quality Management to support supplier performance, compliance, and product quality across a large plasma-derived therapies operation. This role focuses on supplier oversight, material quality, audit coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to uphold safety and regulatory standards.Role OverviewYou will manage supplier qualifications, product/material specifications, audits, change controls, and issue resolution for locally assigned suppliers. This role also contributes to inspection readiness, continuous improvement, and strategic supplier initiatives across a global network.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier & Material OversightBuild relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Create and maintain material and product specifications.Resolve material-related issues in partnership with Production, QC, and global teams.Manage supplier qualifications, audits, quality agreements, and change notifications.Monitor and report on supplier performance.Quality & ComplianceEnsure adherence to global policies, quality systems, cGMP, and regulatory standards.Escalate significant nonconformities or supplier performance risks.Conduct external audits and support global due diligence when required.Provide metrics and documentation supporting continuous improvement.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality.Align with global quality teams on strategy, change management, and best practices.Engage directly with external suppliers and business partners.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in biotech, biologics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.Strong knowledge of cGMP, Quality Systems, risk management, and regulatory expectations.Experience in manufacturing operations, audits, or inspections preferred.Skilled in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, TrackWise, VEEVA, JDE.Strong communication, decision-making, and project management capabilities.Additional RequirementsAbility to work in controlled environments with PPE and gowning.May require lifting up to 15 lbs and time on the production floor.Occasional travel up to 5%.Willingness to work supplemental hours as needed.CompensationOfficial salary band: $86,500–$135,960 (dependent on experience and location)Includes comprehensive medical, retirement, PTO, wellness, and additional employee benefits.
