Supply Analyst

Our client’s success is built on forecasting customer demand, maintaining agile inventory and delivering with exceptional lead times.As a Supply Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our client’s inventory and production meet customer expectations. You’ll analyse sales forecasts, customer orders and historical data to build supply and production plans aligned with our offshore manufacturing partner. You’ll set and maintain minimum and emergency stock levels for spares, monitor material availability, manage purchase‑order entries in an ERP system, and work closely with operations, procurement and customers to optimise stock and delivery performance. You’ll translate customer demand plans into actionable inventory strategies, attend forecasting meetings and provide pricing and reporting support.Key requirements:You hold, or are working towards, a degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or a related field.Experience in supply analysis within the mining, resources or industrial sectors is desirable.Strong proficiency in Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.Excellent communication skills; fluency in Mandarin is essential.You’re safety-minded, organised, proactive and thrive working in a small, dynamic team.If you’re ready to join a fast-paced environment where reliability, innovation and safety are integral to success, apply now and help us keep our customers operating with confidence.
