Job Description

Job RequirementBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Prior experience in the retail industry (FMCG, Fashion, or Consumer Goods preferred).Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) - mandatory.Strong experience in import procurement, with solid understanding of customs regulations and shipping documentation.Proven negotiation and vendor management skills, especially with overseas suppliers.Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and advanced Google Workspace.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing teams.Willing to travel for business purposes as required.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement integrated supply chain strategies to support retail business growth.Lead demand and supply planning, including forecasting, replenishment, and distribution planning across all retail outlets.Manage inventory performance by optimizing stock levels, improving turnover, and minimizing slow-moving and dead stock.Oversee end-to-end procurement and buyer operations, including sourcing, supplier negotiation (local & overseas), purchase order management, and supplier acquisition initiatives.Supervise logistics and warehouse operations (inbound & outbound), ensuring efficient distribution and cost control.Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and company SOPs, particularly for overseas procurement.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Store Operations to ensure product availability and alignment with commercial objectives.Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs (service level, fill rate, inventory turnover, lead time, logistics cost) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
